RESCHEDULED Planned Maintenance - Imagine Odysseyware - September 14 Sep 14, 2025 18:00-20:00 MST

Update - Planned maintenance for August 17th is now scheduled for September 14th.

Sunday, September 14th, from 6 PM Pacific time / 9 PM Eastern time, Imagine Learning will perform planned system maintenance to improve our customer experience. The maintenance window will be approximately 2 hours. Students and educators may experience interruptions during this maintenance when using Imagine Odysseyware.

Update - We have identified the issue impacting users that use Classlink to access Imagine Learning Classroom, and we are working to implement a fix.

Some users' accounts have an incorrect status of archived rather than active, so they are unable to use the system.

Scheduled - On Thursday. September 4th, starting at 6 am PT / 9 am ET we will have a short 15-minute maintenance window for CSV Rostering for Twig Science in order to replace one of our rostering databases. This will only impact Twig Science TSF and OneRoster formats, Clever and Classlink will not be impacted.

If CSV Rostering is attempted during this time for Twig Science, the upload will error. You will need to reattempt the rostering upload after the maintenance window is over.

There will be no interruption to using Twig Science.

Investigating - Our team is actively investigating an issue impacting users of IL Sessions On-Demand Tutoring Service. Students attempting to launch tutoring chats are unable to initiate sessions, and tutors are encountering errors when signing into the platform to begin on-demand tutoring session.

On-Demand Tutoring Services is available on via EdgeEX, Edgenuity, MyPath, Illustrative Math, and Instructional Services customers who purchased this service separately.
