Our team is actively investigating an issue impacting users of IL Sessions On-Demand Tutoring Service. Students attempting to launch tutoring chats are unable to initiate sessions, and tutors are encountering errors when signing into the platform to begin on-demand tutoring session.
On-Demand Tutoring Services is available on via EdgeEX, Edgenuity, MyPath, Illustrative Math, and Instructional Services customers who purchased this service separately.
